After ordering my pom there was a delay in my order. When I finally received my order there was a hand written note from Rose+Pom apologizing for the delay and they included a special surprise. I ended up with 2 new poms. The charcoal and a purple one. I was so excited and grateful for two new poms. Thank you for the great service! Jamie
